The contingency recruitment solution is the one most widely used within the IT market place. It can be quick, dynamic and highly effective if approached in the correct manner.
At JBA we view each client individually. We will assign an Account Manager (sole point of contact) who will gather intelligence and understanding for each requirement. This will either be via a telephone de-brief or a face-to-face meeting, dependent on the clients wishes. These requirements will then be farmed to recruitment experts, working within technology specific vertical markets.
Using one of the industries leading recruitment databases (Profile 2007) and relevant advertising mediums (Internet, Trade Press, Nationals, Referrals) we will source three qualified candidates. This qualification process is extensive. We carry out the initial interview process, in which we fully profile the candidate as to their career experience and future personal expectations (location, salary, promotion).
We will then present the candidates within the pre-agreed timescales and arrange and monitor the candidates through the recruitment process; from interview stages, receiving offers, dealing with resignation and counter-offer issues.
Search and selection is a very delicate and sensitive method of recruitment that must be approached with the highest intelligence, awareness and professionalism. JBA understand how effective this method can be when resourcing candidates who are viewed as unique within their market place, be this due to their industrial experience/career level or because of a specific niche technical area.
JBA have created a highly structured process within this arena. Having a specialised team of search specialists we view each project upon its individual requirements. Understanding that the strongest candidates are rarely seeking a new job, JBA have created a search process that delivers the ability to identify profile, qualify and approach candidates in a discreet but dynamic fashion. Again having met, pre-screened and debriefed qualified candidates JBA will present candidates within a pre-agreed time via your sole point of contact Account Manager.
A managed Agency solution is also a very effective method in controlling your overall IT recruitment policy; in that JBA will manage all aspects of your IT recruitment needs. We will be your eyes, ears and voice in the recruitment world. The benefits of a one stop point of contact in these relationships are massive for clients.
A basic model of this service would follow this basic business plan:
One point of contact that would gather all relevant requirements via HR or Line management, we would distribute the requirements to our internal recruiters and other pre-agreed agencies, JBA would manage all communications between prospective candidates and clients, JBA would manage all rate issues and maintain that a pre-agreed pricing structure remained formally solid, all other agencies recruiting for you would have to filter candidates through your account manager and this point of contact would be your only recruitment management issue, your business/ line managers will have confidence in who to communicate all recruitment and resource issues too- creating dynamically stronger commercial lines of communication instantly for you and your line manager.
